Forty of Dean Close’s finest spent an excellent week in Montgénèvre – two villages away from Serre Chevalier.

Under the inspired leadership of Miss Franklin, assisted by Mr Lancashire, Miss Burton and Mr Bull, the Equity Ski arrangements worked like clockwork.

The views were stunning, the snow (including fresh powder) was great and the birthday parties were memorable.

The hard men (and women) were on the slopes each day until the lifts closed, but there was plenty of time for those who wanted to work on their tans and enjoy the village.
